The Human Resources Department is an excellent resource for employees and the public to obtain information and assistance with current employment opportunities, health benefits, salary placement, promotional opportunities, retirement system procedures, and many other services. The Human Resources Staff is committed to providing guidance on various requests and services. We continually support an environment which maintains compliance with associated government regulations and collective bargaining agreements. The West Valley – Mission Community College District is richly diverse in cultures, language groups, and abilities. The Operations team establishes the standards of care for our students, faculty, and staff by providing a safe, pleasant, and efficient environment that will support and enhance the educational journey.

The Compliance team ensures compliance with federal and state laws and regulations governing educational programs. We make sure all students and district members are treated equitably in a safe and secure environment.
