Technology Advisory Coordination | TAC

Welcome

The District Technology department is committed to shared governance, with the Technology Advisory Coordination (TAC) team advising IT Leadership on IT standards, policies, and practices. TAC fosters communication and collaboration between IT groups to avoid duplication, benefit from shared knowledge, encourage common standards, and identify efficiencies through district-wide solutions. TAC meetings review action items, technology projects, and implementation plans aligning colleges and the district with strategic goals. Additionally, TAC's Software Application Request (SAR) process has been integrated into a Fresh Service workflow. This streamlines the evaluation of new software purchases.
