To effectively plan, maintain, and deploy instructional technology across the district, the Educational Technology Services (ETS) department replaces equipment based on its life cycle. When the budget allows, this equipment is scheduled for refreshment or renewal at the end of its life cycle. Since these items are considered operational resources, they do not need to be included in Program Review submissions and are not treated as Program Innovation requests. Each year, ETS collaborates with the Colleges Office of Administrative Services to plan and deploy the replacement of these technology items.
