General Information
This program is for adults seeking to enhance their physical independence and functional skills, regardless of their specific condition.
You can enroll in the Stroke Survivor Program if you have recently completed medical rehabilitation or have enduring physical challenges. Participants must be at least 18 years old. Non-California residents will incur out-of-state registration fees.
To benefit from the program, students must be able to work in a group setting and follow directions. Those needing individual supervision for physical care may be asked to bring a personal caregiver. Please be aware that the program is not a respite or drop-in center and does not replace individual therapy.
Our Executive Director of Health Services will call you within 72 hours to schedule an appointment.
