Please immediately utilize this secure reporting form to report your COVID-19 situation to District Health Services if you are experiencing one of the following:

  • You are a student or employee and you have have been diagnosed with COVID-19 and you were on campus during the period in which you may have been infectious.
  • You are a faculty or staff member that needs to report a student or guest that has been diagnosed with COVID-19 and that was on campus during the period in which they may have been infectious.
  • You are a supervisor or manager that needs to report an employee that has been diagnosed with COVID-19 and that was on campus during the period in which they may have been infectious.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the West Valley-Mission Community College District has reaffirmed it's commitment to providing the safest possible environment in which to learn and work.

On March 21, 2023, the Board of Trustees approved the indefinitely suspension of District Policy 3960 - COVID-19 Vaccination Policy.
  • Effective immediately, all prospective students registering for summer and fall 2023 classes will no longer be required to declare their vaccination status or show proof of vaccination to attend in-person classes.
  • Effective May 30, 2023, all other requirements of Policy 3960 will be indefinitely suspended.
