Service Desk
Provide ongoing helpdesk technical support to students, faculty, and staff for both instructional and administrative computing needs and requirements.
Administrative Computing
Support for administrative technology needs, ensuring that staff and faculty computers effectively support institutional computing District-wide.
Network Infrastructure
Support both wired and wireless connectivity District-wide as well as high speed uplinks to the Internet. We provide ongoing support and maintenance of District and college infrastructure to ensure the network is reliable, functional, and effective.
Software Applications
Assist with a wide array of software applications, providing guidance on installation, usage, and troubleshooting.
Cybersecurity
Ensure that the District’s and the colleges’ technology resources are adequately secured, updated, and monitored.
Client Support
The client support team provides helpdesk support for students, faculty, and staff with technical issues related to campus technology, including computers, software, and network access.
End users can create support tickets through WVM Service Desk using the Fresh Service system. You can also find answers and solutions to frequently asked questions.
