Provided Desktop Team Support

IS currently supports staff and faculty desktop and laptop computers that are district-owned. These computers are distributed between each campus and the district office. IS specifies, configures, installs, and supports computers for employee positions as well as maintains a technology refresh program for aging computers and printers.

Desktop team supports Mitel voice over IP phones (VOIP) for regular calls, four digit dialing, and voicemail.

The desktop team supports mobile devices on the District wireless network.

The desktop team supports printing to Konica and HP devices and access to PaperCut secured printers.

The desktop team supports remote access through VMware horizon and Microsoft Azure multifactor authentication.
