Provided Client Support

The Client Support Team provides help desk support for students, faculty, and staff with technical issues related to campus technology, including computers, software, and network access. 

Additionally, end users can create support tickets through WVM Service Desk using the Fresh Service system, and lookup solutions to frequently asked questions.
