Financial Services focuses on providing excellent and professional services to our students, faculty, staff, and community members while supporting the District’s educational mission and both colleges’ educational master plans. Our team provides support in the areas of budget, accounting, and payroll.
Goals
- Ensure that all resources are managed and accounted for accurately and with integrity.
- Provide financial records that are accurate, complete, and easy to understand.
- Develop the annual budget no later than September 15.
- Complete the financial audit process by December 31.
- Comply with all statutory requirements.
- Ensure that employees are paid accurately and timely.
