Webster L. Owens General Services & Facilities Center
Webster L. Owens served as a custodian at West Valley College from 1990 to 2013. Known for often asking staff, faculty and students, “Do You Need Anything”, Webster was always willing to go above and beyond with a true desire to help others. His service and compassion for others embodies the campus spirit that we strive to build at WVC. It is our honor to dedicate this building to Webster L. Owens in memory of his dedication to the college and his caring spirit that left an invaluable impact on the campus community.
