In 2011, the District Budget Advisory Committee (DBAC) and District Council voted to merge and operate as one group, continuing to use the name District Council.
DBAC and District Council operated as a joint committee prior to the decision to merge.

Documents of the Joint District Council/District Budget Advisory Committee, which operated from August 2010 - December 2011, can be found at the District Council webpage. After December 2011, District Council includes the functions of the former DBAC.
