Application Development

    The Information Systems Application Staff are responsible for the enterprise systems used by the District, Mission and West Valley Colleges.

    Access to District Information is provided through a combination of tools including the District's web presence and user interface software with an emphasis on data security.  The District's primary enterprise system is Datatel , which includes but is not limited to, retrieval of Institutional Data, Student/Course Management, Student Registration , Counseling, and Financial Aid, Curriculum Mgmt, Academic Records, State and Federal mandated reporting, Financial Systems, Purchasing, and Human Resources.

        Please login from on campus or use the library proxy to view the Data Warehouse Reporting systems - IRA, the new Institutional Reports and Analysis system will be available from the IRA  page, the existing PARIS reports are available once you are logged in,  from the Vital Stats  page.
