Chris Stampolis
Chris Stampolis was elected in Nov. 2004 to his first term on the Board of Trustees. Chris served six years on the City of Santa Clara's Planning Commission (one year as Chair) and four years on the City's Historical and Landmarks Commission. Chris also chaired Santa Clara's Citizens' Advisory Committee for three years. Chris holds an MA in Catechetics and a BS in Political Science from Santa Clara University and a JD from Concord Law School. Chris also serves as one of California's 19 delegates to the Democratic National Committee, and he was the state's top vote getter when reelected for the 2004-2008 term. Chris, 40, is married to County Board of Education Trustee Anna Song, and they are proud parents of Nicholas, age 4, and infant Timothy.
