Joy Atkins
Ms. Joy Atkins has served as a Trustee since 1988. She is active in the American Association of Retired Persons.
Joy joined the West Valley-Mission Community College District in July 1968 and worked primarily in Personnel Services until her retirement in 1984. She has 33 years of dedication to the District and its Colleges.
Ms. Atkins is a graduate of West Valley College.
