In May 2000, ACE filed an unfair labor practice complaint with the Public
Employees Relations Board (PERB) regarding District refusal to negotiate
on faculty positions.

The ACE negotiating team reached agreement with the District on a three
year salary proposal. The faculty advisory vote returned 98% approval.
The raise appeared on the May checks.
