Dear Faculty:

ACE is about to conduct elections for the following:

A) A 3 year full time Council member seat from Mission College;

B) A 3 year associate faculty Council member seat from Mission College;

C) A 3 year full time Council member seat from West Valley College;

(These elections used to take place in January but now take place in December

because of 16 week calendar and scheduling implications.)

The terms begin the last day of the spring semester. Following the election,

newly elected Council members must attend the last two spring semester meetings

and will be compensated pro rata. All Council positions are awarded .0.100

release time and $50 per meeting.

If you are interested in running, you will need to submit the following by

December 10 via hard copy or email to Susanna Pancella, Vice President of ACE:

a) a ballot statement of 150 words or less;

b) Signatures from 10 ACE members who support your candidacy.
